Job summary

Three Link Solutions is seeking a Workday FINS Consultant to lead and support medium to large enterprise Workday Financials implementations and optimization engagements.

You will serve as a subject matter expert across Core FINS and related product areas, guiding clients through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live while adhering to best practices and scalable design principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Financials (FINS) software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise FINS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the Workday Accounting Center, Workday Financials or Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM).
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience serving as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience working as an accountant or in a role with substantial accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client financial processes and requirements.
• Design and configure Workday Financials solutions including Accounting Center and FDM.
• Facilitate design meetings and workshops to drive alignment.
• Provide SME expertise across Core FINS and cross-application features.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Support data conversion, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage deliverables in line with project timelines and milestones.
• Partner with senior finance leaders to recommend best practices and process improvements.
• Stay current on Workday releases and advise on optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge sharing.
