Job summary

Austin Community College seeks a Workday FINS/Payroll Analyst to oversee installation, maintenance, and integration of vendor software within ACC’s Workday tenants. You will support daily operations as part of an ITaaB model under the ERP Services Manager, ensuring secure, stable enterprise systems across HCM, Finance, and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Three years related work experience.
• Experience with Workday FINS and Payroll administration.
• Experience with integrations between Workday and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day administration of ACC’s FINS, Payroll and related modules within Workday.
• Manages implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of vendor-delivered software products.
• Tracks Workday product roadmap and vendor end-of-life announcements.
• Researches new software products and tools to determine feasibility.
• Tests, implements, and monitors new procedures and tools to improve processes.
• Enforces policies and standards for support services and change management.
• Collaborates with users, systems, and networking staff on new work and budgets.
• Works with IT leadership and Security on data audits.
