Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Financials Senior Consultant to lead project workstreams, document requirements, create functional designs, and prototype solutions. You will participate in testing, training, and defining support processes while coordinating with client teams and Deloitte leadership.

A strong background in Workday Financials and ERP finance is essential, with travel expected up to 50% across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday Financials/ERP finance domain
• 2+ years of experience leading Financials workstreams and project teams
• Workday Financials Professional certification or ability to obtain upon joining
• Minimum of 1 full Life Cycle Workday Financial implementation
• Knowledge in R2R, P2P, or OTC areas
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials workstreams and coordinate project activities
• Document and validate business requirements and perform functional design
• Develop prototypes and scenario flows, conduct testing and user training
• Create and maintain project documentation and collateral
• Support prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assist project leadership
