Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Lead to join our advisory team in Albany, NY. You will drive deployments, provide payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions, and partner with clients to unlock value and deliver transformational outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of consulting and hands-on Workday Financials P2P/S2P experience, with travel up to 100% as needed. You’ll work within a global team delivering integrated solutions and following Accenture methodologies.

Formación

• Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience required.
• 3+ years of US/global Financials Operations experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years experience (6+ years for Associates).

Responsabilidades

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions for cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
