Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Project Manager, Finance Systems Delivery to lead the enterprise Workday Financials implementation and optimization initiatives. The role reports to the Vice President of Financial Systems Delivery and guides projects from planning through deployment and stabilization, including change management and adoption activities across Finance, IT, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven project management experience leading ERP or large-scale financial systems initiatives.
• Experience integrating change management activities (communications, training, stakeholder engagement) into large enterprise system projects.
• Workday Financials implementation experience strongly preferred (or other tier-one ERP such as Oracle or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementation (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Cash Management, FA) from planning through deployment and hypercare.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and budgets, setting scope, milestones, and resources.
• Serve as central contact for stakeholders and steering committees, with concise status updates and exec-level presentations.
• Direct integration and data migration workstreams ensuring accurate, secure data movement.
• Incorporate Change Management activities into project planning with communications, training, and engagement plans.
• Lead testing activities (unit, system, integration, UAT) and resolve defects for production readiness.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare for a smooth transition to production.
• Maintain proactive RAID tracking, risk, issue, and change-control processes.
• Embed compliance and internal controls to meet accounting and audit requirements.
• Support user adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
