Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a Workday/PeopleSoft Financials Data Conversion Lead to drive the ERP modernization for a higher education client. You will own the data conversion workstream, shape strategy, and partner with Workday and SI teams to ensure accurate, compliant data migration.

You will lead a hands-on team through profiling, mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation while maintaining schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP data conversion experience, including leading a data conversion workstream.
• Deep hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Financials data structures, tables, extraction methods, and conversion tools.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Workday data conversions, with understanding of load processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PeopleTools, including Application Designer.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Financials data conversion workstream, including planning, scope, sequencing, estimates, milestones, dependencies, quality standards, and delivery.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions to define scope, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Workday functional/technical teams to align source data with Workday constructs and downstream reporting needs.
• Coordinate with SI during load cycles and manage mappings, scripts, and source data changes.
