Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking an HCM Data Conversion Lead to steer the PeopleSoft HCM to Workday data migration for a higher education ERP modernization. You will own the data conversion workstream, set strategy, requirements, and readiness criteria, and partner with Workday teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP data conversion experience or leading a data conversion workstream.
• Deep hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft HCM data structures, tables, extraction methods, and conversion tools.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Workday data conversions; knowledge of Workday data conversion and load processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PeopleTools, including Application Designer; integration broker knowledge preferred.
• Strong data profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and validation practices.
• Experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and delivering with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HCM data conversion workstream: planning, scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
• Lead data conversion developers; provide direction, review deliverables, resolve blockers, ensure consistent methods.
• Define conversion scope, historical data requirements, reconciliation criteria, and acceptance standards.
• Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data structures and translate into PeopleSoft-to-Workday approach.
• Oversee data profiling, extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Coordinate with Workday teams and system integrator during load cycles; update mappings and scripts as needed.
• Plan mock conversions, unit/system testing, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Maintain documentation of mappings, decisions, procedures, test results, defects, and reconciliations.
