Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business/Applications Analyst to support Workday Core Financials and related modules. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and timely issue resolution.

You will conduct routine system audits, troubleshoot complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements in financial management, HR processes, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business or Applications Analyst role.
• Proficient knowledge of financial management, ERP, HR, or timekeeping systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of business and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• This role works closely with other business analysts and operational subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to support Workday Core Financials.
• Support Workday’s Core Financials application, including General Ledger and Accounting Center.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to system functionality for end users.
• Conducts routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborates with IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement system improvements.
