Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of HRIS experience with emphasis on HCM.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Strong requirements analysis for HRIS integrations and data configuration.
• Ability to communicate with users and executives.
• Independent, proactive, fast-paced environment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel incl. pivots and lookups.
• Experience with Workday Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR system support including development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration.
• Develop ad hoc and standard reports for internal data requests.
• Recommend reporting logic and technical solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Conduct audits to identify data problems across HRIS feeds and business systems.
• Review and implement Workday updates and feature releases.
• Develop and execute test plans for system functionality.
• Provide technical assistance to HR system admins and end users.
• Prepare communication materials for employee education and self-service.
• Monitor adherence to data management procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and management to resolve inquiries.
• Review transactions and ensure timely terminations, hires, and changes.
• Provide Workday mailbox and functional lead HR support.
• Transfer knowledge to functional teams to operate Workday independently.
• Submit and manage JIRA tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
• Assist leads with Workday Community searches.
• Identify, develop and deliver HR system training for end users.
• Support technical solutions that meet business requirements.
