Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Workday Administrator to oversee configuration, optimization, and daily support of the Workday Financials platform including Accounting Center, Prism, and Adaptive Planning. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and other lines of business to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

The role requires a Workday Financials certification and at least 5 years of Workday experience, plus a background in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum experience in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Engineering, or related field
• Workday Financials certification(s) required
• Minimum 5 years experience with Workday Financials
• Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services

Responsabilités

• Serve as a functional expert and daily data administrator for Workday Financials modules
• Configure, maintain, and test Workday business processes and integrations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with internal partners or Workday support
• Support design and deployment of system enhancements, releases, and new features
• Assist month end, quarter end, and year end close tasks via Workday configuration
