Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Workday Administrator to configure, optimize, and support the Workday Financials platform, including Accounting Center, Prism, and Adaptive Planning. This role partners with Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, FP&A and other business lines to ensure the system supports operations, compliance, and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in Workday Financials, Workday certifications, and 3+

Qualifications

• Workday Financials configuration and support experience.
• Understanding of Accounting Center, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Strong collaboration with Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and support Workday Financials daily operations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with Workday support.
• Assist with month/quarter/year-end closes and data integrity.
• Develop user guides and training materials for the finance team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and align with accounting policies.
