Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of HR/Finance systems experience (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, XSLT, Java, JavaScript, Python, .Net or other integration technologies.
• Proficiency in authentication/authorization methods such as OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, and X.509.

Responsibilities

• Delivering small scope consulting and configuration guidance to customers.
• Troubleshooting product configurations to meet business requirements.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
• Providing one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintaining Workday Certification and knowledge of Workday roadmap.
• Travel up to 20%.
