Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to join the Workday Finance team, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the Workday Financial Management platform in a global insurance group.

You will work with Product Owner, Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Technology teams to drive improvements across Core Financials, General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Invoices, Payments, FX, and reporting, while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Financial Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Invoices, Payments, Settlements, Banking and Cash Management, Treasury Operations, FX processes.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes.
• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance the Workday Financials platform.
• Configure and support Workday Core Financials: General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Invoices, Payments, Settlements, Banking and Cash Management, Treasury Operations, FX.
• Support financial close processes and ensure configurations align with business needs.
• Participate in Workday releases and assess new functionality for business adoption.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and Treasury.
