Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Workday Finance Consultant to join our hybrid team in Warren, NJ. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Technology to design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Financial Management across core modules and related processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Workday Financial Management, strong knowledge of GL, supplier accounts, invoices, payments, settlements, banking, treasury operations, and FX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Financial Management experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Invoices, Payments, Settlements, Banking & Cash Management, Treasury Operations, and FX.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and using Workday reporting & analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; Workday certification is a plus.

Workday Finance team to support, maintain, and enhance the Workday Financials platform.* Configure and support Workday Core Financials, including: + General Ledger + Supplier Accounts + Supplier business and accounting requirements.* Participate in Workday releases and assess new functionality for business adoption.**Finance & Treasury Process Expertise*** Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end finance and treasury processes.* Support financial operations from supplier onboarding through invoice processing, approval workflows, payment execution, settlement, cash management, and general ledger posting.* Assist in supporting foreign currency and exchange rate-related processes, including FX rate maintenance, currency conversions, revaluation activities, and impacts to
