Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to optimize and scale Workday across HR processes. You will partner with HR and Technology to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and to drive continuous improvements in security, reporting, and dashboards.

The role focuses on configuration, governance, and delivering value through Workday capabilities in Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance, and more.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience.
• Strong HR functional background.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience partnering with HR leadership and Technology.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner, HR and Technology to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Absence Management.
• Analyze, configure, and optimize Workday business processes, approvals, notifications, validations, and workflow routing.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics.
• Provide ongoing support for Workday HCM functionality, ensuring platform stability, reliability, and governance.
