Job summary
MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant to optimize and scale the Workday platform in partnership with HR and Technology. You will lead configuration across Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and more, delivering scalable solutions and governance to support workforce strategy and analytics.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Workday experience.
- Strong HR functional background with deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Expertise in Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Workday Security, Business Processes and Reporting & Dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owner, HR and Technology to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across key Workday HCM functional areas.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, and more.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics.
- Provide ongoing support for Workday HCM functionality, ensuring stability and governance.
- Balance operational support with strategic enhancement initiatives and project work.
