Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Workday Finance Consultant to join our hybrid team in Warren, NJ. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Technology to design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Financial Management across core modules and related processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Workday Financial Management, strong knowledge of GL, supplier accounts, invoices, payments, settlements, banking, treasury operations, and FX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Financial Management experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Invoices, Payments, Settlements, Banking & Cash Management, Treasury Operations, and FX.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and using Workday reporting & analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; Workday certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Workday Finance team to support, maintain, and enhance the Workday Financials platform.
• Configure Core Financials: General Ledger, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Invoices, Payments, Settlements, Banking & Cash Management, Treasury, FX.
• Support financial close processes and align configurations with business and accounting requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and Treasury.
• Provide production support and drive continuous improvement in Workday functionality.
