Job Summary

Responsible for aligning business needs of the Finance department with system capabilities. Provides expertise in financial process configuration and management. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of system processes that support accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and financial reporting activities. Develops solutions that optimize service delivery and system performance. Coordinates testing, support, and readiness for ongoing enhancements. This role is based in Kentucky.

Essential Functions
  • Configures and manages accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, payments, fixed assets, and cash management processes.
  • Troubleshoots, prioritizes, and resolves system and process-related support issues.
  • Partners with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Collaborates with the Workday Finance Leader and cross-functional Workday teams (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure integrated and aligned processes.
  • Executes regression testing and validates financial system functionality during upgrades and releases.
  • Supports release readiness activities, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new features.
  • Monitors and analyzes accounts payable and cash flow performance to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develops documentation, workflows, and training materials to support end users and stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with financial policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
