Job summary

College of the Holy Cross in Worcester seeks a Workday Administrator (Finance) to provide day-to-day technical administration and configuration support for the Workday Financials platform. You will execute approved changes, maintain platform stability, and support releases and integrations in alignment with ITS standards.

The role requires 2+ years in enterprise applications or ERP systems, with strong documentation, change control, and collaboration with Finance and Security to ensure

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in IS, business, finance, or accounting.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise applications or financial/ERP systems, Workday preferred.
• Ability to document changes and follow change control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Workday Financials with governance and approvals.
• Support maintenance across GL, AP, Procurement, payments, and related areas.
• Assist in deployments, releases, and regression testing.
• Manage security access, role requests, and least-privilege controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and ITS to coordinate changes.
