Job summary

College of the Holy Cross is seeking a Workday Integrations Administrator to lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations across the organization. You will serve as the primary technical resource for Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, and related technologies, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure reliable data exchange.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday integration experience and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience supporting Workday integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, SFTP, APIs, and web services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Information Technology Services resource for Workday integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connector, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Develop and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective integration solutions.
• Support Workday releases, updates, and the adoption of new integration-related features.
