Job summary

College of the Holy Cross seeks a Workday Integrations Administrator to design, develop, deploy, and support Workday integrations. You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, Extend, and Orchestrate to ensure reliable data exchange across systems.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT Services, and external vendors to address requirements, support releases, and implement secure integration solutions. The role emphasizes performance, security, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience supporting Workday integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in: Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate.
• Experience developing and supporting complex integrations in a Workday environment.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts including XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, SFTP, APIs, and web services.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting, error handling, testing, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Integration design, development, and support for Workday integrations.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, Workday Extend, and Orchestrate.
• Develop and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure integrations are efficient, secure, and aligned with requirements.
