Job Summary
The Workday Integrations Administrator is a key member of theInformation Technology Services team, responsible for the design,development, implementation, support, and optimization of Workdayintegrations across the organization. This role serves as theprimary technical resource for Workday integration solutions andprovides advanced expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise InterfaceBuilder (EIB), Cloud Connectors, Workday Orchestrate, and WorkdayExtend.
The Analyst works closely with functional business units, technicalteams, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders to ensurereliable, scalable, and secure data integration between Workday andinternal and external systems. This individual provides technicalguidance, troubleshooting expertise, and ongoing support to helpensure the continued success of the Workday platform.
Job Description
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as the primary Information Technology Services resourcefor Workday integration design, development, testing, deployment,and support.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrationsusing:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Cloud Connector
- Workday Extend
- Workday Orchestrate
- Develop and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directionalintegrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- Configure and maintain file-based, API-based, and web serviceintegrations as needed.
- Ensure integrations are efficient, reliable, and aligned withbusiness and technical requirements.
- Help support and write Workday reports.
- Help support security configuration changes to domain policiesand authentication policies.
Technical guidance and collaboration
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, InformationTechnology Services, and other business stakeholders to gatherrequirements and translate business needs into effectiveintegration solutions.
- Collaborate with Workday functional leads, reporting analysts,security administrators, and external vendors to support seamlesssystem connectivity.
- Provide technical input for new integration requests, systemenhancements, and process improvements.
- Support Workday releases, updates, and adoption of newintegration-related features.
- Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, andimplementation timelines for integration-related work.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance
- Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities foroptimization and automation.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, andconnectivity problems, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture,data mapping, configuration, and support procedures.
- Support compliance with security, data privacy, audit, andchange management standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science,information systems, or a related field, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience supporting Workdayintegrations.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
- Cloud Connectors
- Workday Extend
- Workday Orchestrate
- Experience developing and supporting complex integrations in aWorkday environment.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts including XML,XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, SFTP, APIs, and web services.
- Experience with integration troubleshooting, error handling,testing, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizationalskills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to workeffectively with both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.

Salary:
The salary range for the Workday Integrations Administrator position is $95,000-$98,000, commensurate witheducation, experience, and qualifications.
