Job summary

The College of the Holy Cross is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Administrator to design, develop, and govern reporting solutions across Workday, Prism Analytics, and related enterprise applications. This role ensures secure, accurate reporting and partners with IT and functional teams to translate business questions into actionable insights.

Qualifications

3–5 years of reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or enterprise application reporting.
3–5 years of Workday reporting experience, including advanced report development and Prism Analytics preferred.
Experience with HCM, Finance, Payroll, Student reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, data sources, prompts, filters, and reporting assets across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Student, and other enterprise areas.
Lead and support report development for Workday Student implementation, including requirements gathering and validation.
Develop, administer, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics assets, including datasets, pipelines, transformations, and calculated fields.
Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and data quality controls.
Lead reporting-related UAT activities, test plans, and stakeholder sign-off.
Support AI-ready analytics with governed data and clear definitions.
