Job summary

Wake Forest University is seeking a seasoned Workday administrator to manage and optimize enterprise applications, with emphasis on Workday Student and Workday HCM, security, and integrations.

The role requires collaboration with academic and administrative partners to implement BP changes, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure secure access controls across tenants, including Accruent EMS and SnapLogic. Strong AI tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday administration, specifically Workday Student and/or Workday HCM.
• Deep understanding of Workday Security architecture and the BP framework.
• Strong proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate technical research and productivity.
• Proven ability to triage and troubleshoot enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Workday Security Administration: design, configure, and maintain security groups, role-based permissions, and user access controls across Workday tenants.
• Business Process Configuration: collaborate with Registrar/Admissions/Student Financials to design, test, and implement BP changes with a focus on Workday Student.
• Integration Support: act as liaison between business users and integration developers; troubleshoot Workday integration issues and monitor runs.
