Job summary
Wipfli is seeking an Analyst III, Enterprise Resource Planning, to gather and analyze business requirements and implement ERP solutions, with a focus on Workday. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with architects and QA, and mentor other analysts to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.
Under direction of the ERP Manager, you will drive from requirements to implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery while staying current with market practices and process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an IT-related major, business, finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
- IIBA certification or equivalent with business analysis focus.
- Five+ years of job-related experience, including 3+ years with Workday.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead development of business cases and requirements documentation aligned to system strategy.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to implementation and post-deployment optimization.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables with project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and technical teams to translate requirements into designs.
- Analyze current processes to identify improvements, automation, and user experience enhancements in Workday.
- Stay current on market trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Mentor and support development of other analysts.
