Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to drive Workday initiatives and partner with HR leaders to improve processes and reporting. You will configure Workday, create dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights while balancing usability and performance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teams, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and governance compliance within CF’s cloud-first IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience preferred for essential job functions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutions through the systems life cycle from inception to go-live and beyond.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements across HR modules.
• Develop scalable Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts for decision making.
• Coordinate with IT security, vendors, and business owners to ensure project delivery.
