Responsibilities

Lead and conduct complex data analysis to meet data management objectives.

Define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
Drive design and modification of complex information systems and document requirements.
Identify, recommend, and implement programs to meet business objectives.
Write and present detailed reports to support decision-making and improvements.
Lead tasks including design, configuration, testing, and process documentation.
Identify change impacts or training needs.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff on complex tasks.
Support and triage end-user issues for seamless user experience.
