Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years with high school diploma.
• Experience configuring and administering Workday ERP platforms in higher education or large organizations.
• Experience with data integrity, testing, upgrades, and governance in ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday ERP system in assigned areas.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct audits for data integrity.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve data-related issues and implement new functionality.
• Lead small-to-medium projects to improve business processes and system effectiveness.
