Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultants to lead Workday Financials implementations and optimization in healthcare settings.

You will manage configuration, tenant management, security audits, and release lifecycles, troubleshoot integrations, and build dashboards and KPIs with OfficeConnect while maintaining data integrity. You will coordinate with IT/vendors and interact with executives to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Financials experience (Core Financials, AP, AR, Banking & Treasury, Adaptive Planning), preferably in healthcare or finance environments.
• Strong system administration skills including configuration, tenant management, security audits, and release lifecycle support (testing, deployment, documentation)
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, resolving system issues, and coordinating with IT/vendors to maintain platform performance
• Proficient in Workday reporting tools (including OfficeConnect) to build dashboards, KPIs, and support audits while ensuring data integrity
• Well-organized with project management–style execution; able to manage multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and support process improvements
• Strong communicator comfortable working with executives and senior financial leaders across the organization
