Job summary

Accenture in Illinois is seeking a Workday Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across Accenture’s Workday business by originating and shaping opportunities centered on Workday’s products.

You will advise clients and Workday leadership, lead executive workshops, develop ROI narratives, and position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner across industries. Travel 25%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales, alliance, or consulting.
• 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development.
• 8+ years selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs.
• 2+ years in AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or ERPs.
• 5+ years executive relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-Workday growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.
• Build executive relationships with Workday Partner Development Managers, Customer Success Managers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving Workday Technologies.
• Work closely with Accenture and Workday leadership to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning technology investments to outcomes.
