Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years managing Workday implementations.
• 3+ years leading Workday deployments through planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning functional, technical, integration, data, security, reporting, testing, and change disciplines.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, staffing, and commercial management in a consulting or client-services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); associates with 6+ years considered.
• Experience communicating with executive sponsors and translating delivery information into concise reporting.
• Working knowledge of Workday implementation methods and lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or managed services programs from mobilization through stabilization and transition.
• Establish project governance, decision forums, status reporting, escalation paths, and documentation standards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday workstreams, integrations, data conversion, security, reporting, testing, change management, training, cutover, and deployment.
• Partner with client sponsors and workstream leaders to clarify priorities, manage expectations, and ensure alignment to business outcomes.
• Monitor delivery health and take corrective action to protect scope, schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project financial management, including forecasting, staffing, utilization, change control, and variances against the plan.
• Plan and facilitate executive steering committees, program leadership meetings, and status reviews with clear decisions and actions.
• Coordinate release, testing, cutover, readiness, and go-live activities with entry/exit criteria and stabilization governance.
