Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a delivery-focused Workday Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale implementations and ongoing optimization. You will coordinate Workday workstreams, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring value delivery for clients.

You will work with senior client leaders, global delivery teams, and partners to drive decisions, governance, and successful go-live outcomes, shaping solutions and advancing the Workday practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years managing Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or support engagements.
• Minimum 3 years leading Workday deployment through planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning functional, technical, integration, data, security, and testing.
• Experience with project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, staffing, and commercial management in consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or application managed services programs.
• Own the integrated delivery plan with scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budget.
• Establish project governance, reporting, escalation paths, and documentation standards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Workday workstreams, data conversion, security, testing, and change management.
• Partner with sponsors and leaders to clarify priorities, resolve decisions, and align to business outcomes.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies with clear owners and target dates.
• Coordinate executive steering committees, status reviews, and working sessions for decisive actions.
• Lead project financial management including forecasting, staffing, and variances against plan.
