Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Workday Consultant to support team member applications and Workday Engineering functions for Compensation Extend. The role involves leading complex initiatives, developing integrations, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has Workday development experience, including integrations, and familiarity with EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio.

Qualifications

HR systems experience (2+ years)
Workday development experience, including integrations
Experience with SAS or SQL and data tools
Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports and Dashboards
Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rules
Experience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync and SSO
Knowledge of Agile and ability to shift priorities with workload
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material

Responsibilities

Provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes.
Support Workday Engineering functions for Compensation Extend projects.
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for Workday products.
Review and resolve technical challenges with in-depth evaluation of technologies.
Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.
Lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
