A Day in the Life

As a Workday Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions for HR and financial processes within Workday (HCM, Financials, Projects, Adaptive). Responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements and designing integrations using Workday tools
• Developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems
• Designing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend applications
• Resolving configuration and integration issues
• Collaborating on process improvements and staying updated on Workday enhancements
• Supporting system testing, data validation, and migration
• Documenting technical designs and configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Workday Developer
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools and architecture
• Strong understanding of HR and financial processes
• Workday Pro Integrations certification required
• Experience with SOX controls preferred
