Job Summary

The Workday Developer is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of financial and HCM applications, integrations, and reports delivered primarily through the Workday cloud ERP platform. Must have strong financials and HCM experience in one or more ERP implementations and experience with at least one (1) Workday Finance and HCM implementation with solid skills in the Workday toolset while maintaining a rigorous commitment to quality, security, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather business requirements from our Business Community & management and convert them into technical specifications, including report creation/analysis for enhanced business analysis.
• Manage and build reports and conduct data analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine an appropriate action plan for break/fix issues.
• Configure and support Workday Finance and/or other modules such as Customers, Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll.
• Maintain data integrity through all data transformations and transmissions.
• Participate in and support prototypes and demonstrations of new functionality.
• Support the bi-annual upgrade processes.
• Act as the primary support contact with Workday, managing communications with Workday Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, or financial reporting.
• Workday Pro certification highly preferred.
• Strongly prefer a background in finance or ERP/Workday Financials.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience implementing/supporting Workday Finance and related modules such as Customers, Projects, Payroll, or Timekeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Data Quality and Data Transformation using Workday Prism Analytics.
• Functional awareness in managing Workday VNDLY, Adaptive Planning integrations.
• Experience integrating other SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce) with Boomi is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, documentation skills, and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn new functions and technologies.
• Proficiency in Workday technologies such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Report Writer.
