Job Summary

The Workday Developer is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of financial and HCM applications, integrations, and reports delivered primarily through the Workday cloud ERP platform. Must have strong financials and HCM experience in one or more ERP implementations and experience with at least one Workday Finance and HCM implementation, with solid skills in the Workday toolset while maintaining a rigorous commitment to quality, security, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather business requirements from our Business Community & management and convert them into technical specifications, including report creation and analysis for enhanced business insights.
• Manage and build reports, conduct data analysis, and support prototypes and demonstrations of new functionality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate actions for break/fix issues.
• Configure and support Workday Finance and/or other modules such as Customers, Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll.
• Maintain data integrity through all data transformations and transmissions.
• Support bi-annual upgrade processes.
• Act as primary support contact with Workday, managing communications with Workday Support.

Qualifications

• Workday Pro certification highly preferred.
• Strong background in Financials or ERP/Workday Financials.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday Finance and related modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data quality skills.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and integrations such as VNDLY, Adaptive Planning, or third-party SaaS platforms like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate ownership and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new functions and technologies.
• Proficiency in Workday technologies like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Report Writer.
