Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a talented Workday Developer in the Phoenix, AZ area for a hybrid, full-time direct-hire role. You will serve as a core technical builder on a multi-year enterprise platform modernization, focusing on hands-on development, custom integrations, and advanced reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable Workday solutions, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the project lifecycle and post-go-live

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday development and technical support.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, XML, and XSLT transformations.
• Experience designing and maintaining custom integrations and complex reports in Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM and Workday Financials environments; Extend/Orchestrate desirable.
• Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Chandler, AZ and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
• Write and maintain custom XML, XSLT transformations, and web services for data exchange.

Joining this team offers the unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a major, multi-year enterprise platform transformation. **Role Summary** We are seeking a talented Workday Developer to serve as a key technical builder for our client’s comprehensive support a multi-year enterprise platform modernization initiative involving the implementation of a new cloud-based HR and financial management ecosystem and delivering long-term post-implementation support. In this role, you will be primarily focused on hands-on core technical development, custom integrations, and advanced reporting.
