The Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager will lead day-to-day data conversion and reporting for Workday HCM and Financials implementations, delivering high-quality, report-ready data throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
• Plan and manage data conversion tasks and report design developments.
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on delivery of data extraction, mapping, validation and remediation activities.
