The role is hands-on, delivery-focused and requires strong specialties in data conversion, reporting design, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Workday implementations with data conversion/reporting focus.
• Hands-on Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation and validation across sources.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
• Plan and manage data conversion tasks and ensure data readiness for reports.
• Design and develop reports, partnering with internal and external teams across implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
