Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.
• Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday implementation lifecycle from planning to post-production support.
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to design and configure solutions.
• Manage data conversion, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Identify business process modifications and validate results.
• Maintain strong client communication and project governance.
