Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager to lead data conversion and reporting for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.

This hands-on, delivery-focused role plans data conversion tasks, leads report design and development, and partners with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the lifecycle. In a fast-paced consulting environment, you will collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

Responsibilities
