Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager in a hybrid, multi-city setup. The role leads data conversion and reporting for Workday HCM and Financials implementations, ensuring high-quality data through the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with clients and teams to plan, design, and validate data conversions, reports, and data structures, bringing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations with data conversion or reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
• Plan and manage data conversion tasks and drive report design and development.
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.
