Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a senior Workday Contracts to Cash/Projects/Grants Lead to join our Atlanta-area team. You will guide client transformations, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants on Workday deployments.
The role requires proven CTc/Projects/Grants experience, relevant Workday certifications, and strong communication skills for RFPs and demonstrations. Travel up to 50% with a hybrid schedule that balances client work, Guidehouse office time, and remote collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant Workday experience or Master's with three years
- Need Workday Certifications: Contracts to Cash, Projects and Grants Management
- Strong written and oral communication, and client presentation skills
- Experience in a structured project methodology and ERP cycles
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday CTc/Projects/Grants implementations on assigned projects
- Configure solutions, document requirements, and support testing and go-live
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Communicate project status and improvements to stakeholders
