Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on Procure to Pay Lead to join our Workday Practice in Washington, DC area. You will lead procurement transformations, configure solutions, and support go-live while mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires 7+ years of Workday P2P experience (5+ with a Masters) and strong client-facing communication. Travel up to 50% is expected, with options for work-from-home and Guidehouse office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday Procure to Pay experience or 5+ years with a Masters.
• Experience delivering Procure-to-Pay implementations.
• Strong communication, RFP responses, and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procure to Pay implementations and project work streams.
• Document requirements, configure solutions, and support testing/go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in client workshops.
