Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned Workday Contract to Cash – PSA Lead/Consultant to design and deliver robust Workday Financials solutions for large enterprise clients in the United States. You will align CT cash, PSA, Projects, and Revenue Recognition with client needs and Accenture best practices.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate across finance, project operations, and billing teams, and travel as required to support delivery of global engagements.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Financials Partner Certification (Contract to Cash, Projects, Project Billing, or Customer Contracts).
• Minimum 3 years consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Workday Financials Contract to Cash / PSA experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Contract to Cash and PSA workstreams.
• Identify business requirements and lead functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and definition of support procedures.
• Lead the design and configuration of Workday Projects, PSA, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and Revenue Recognition solutions.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Contract to Cash solutions to ensure cross-functional cohesion.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for professional services, project operations, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping; apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts and consultants on delivery; travel may be required.
