Job summary

Cognizant Workday is recruiting for a summer 2027 Workday Consulting Intern. You will contribute to HR and Finance solutions on Workday, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

You will collaborate with seasoned consultants and subject matter experts to design and implement technology-driven solutions, apply AI tools to enhance analytics, and support go-to-market initiatives. The internship lasts 9 weeks starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, HR, CS, or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
