This role involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and collaborating strategically with client personnel to ensure successful business execution.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive Workday Payroll experience, familiarity with Agile and Jira, and strong ability to communicate with technical teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, including gathering requirements, testing, and configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for story creation.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and executive leadership.
• Workday Payroll certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, large-scale Business Execution initiatives with broad organizational impact
• Review and analyze multi-faceted Business Execution challenges
• Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
• Support testing, configuration, and requirements gathering for Workday Payroll modules
