U.S. Bank is seeking a Workday CoE Delivery Lead to establish and manage a high‑performing offshore delivery team. You will direct offshore resources, drive scalable delivery, and align initiatives with the bank's Workday strategy.

You will govern implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support across HCM, Payroll, and Finance, partner with HR, Finance, and IT, and set governance, security, and delivery best practices while fostering agile, KPI‑driven operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant Workday delivery experience.
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale offshore Workday CoE and mentor team members.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday implementations, integrations, and support.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to align outcomes.
• Establish governance, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Drive automation and process optimization across delivery.
• Manage change control and release readiness.
