Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Workday CoE Delivery Lead to build and manage an offshore Workday delivery team. You will drive end-to-end Workday implementations, integrations, and production support while aligning with the bank's strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, offshore delivery experience, and expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials, plus security architecture and agile practices. This position is based on-site in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant Workday delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday modules and security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale offshore Workday CoE delivery team and manage performance.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align delivery with strategy.
• Establish governance, configuration standards, and best practices for Workday.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across delivery operations.
• Manage change control processes and release readiness.
