U.S. Bank is seeking a Workday Production Support & Release Lead to oversee the enterprise Workday platform, including production operations, incident management, and release coordination across HCM and Finance.

The role emphasizes reliability, governance, and continuous improvement with senior-level collaboration across technology, HR, and risk teams. Travel and hybrid on-site presence are possible in the U.S.

• Experience in Workday operations, production support, and release processes.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day production support for the Workday platform ensuring stability.
• Own incident, problem, change management and RCA activities.
• Monitor platform health via KPIs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release planning and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate tenant refreshes, migrations, and CAB approvals.
• Establish enterprise test automation and regression testing program.
• Drive automation of operational workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with product, finance, security, and risk teams.
